The new episode of The DTSErs series takes place in Bucharest, Romania. I talk with Alexandra Livia Nicola, the Head of Plan to Execute, about her journey to DTSE and how she and her team challenge the stereotype about reporting. They don‘t do traditional excel reporting, they are rather triggering digital transformation and collaborating with the AI Shared Services team to provide digital reporting solutions for their customers. She talks about challenges, motivations and the main traits of an engaged and empowering leader.
