About project

Welcome to DTSE Talks, the podcast about corporate and business life where I invite guests to give insights on topics of our expertise at DTSE. We discuss burning topics such as Artificial Intelligence made @DTSE and virtual leadership, as well as multicultural collaboration.  

With this podcast, I create transparency and build valuable connections, because as a Magenta lady I believe that Life Is for Sharing. Ergo, I would like to share what DTSE is passionate about, but also learn from others and eventually help spread best practices and create a platform of exchange and learning.  

The podcast has won the #InnovationZone prize in 2020, which is a DTSE internal program that engages employees to realize their own innovative idea (by giving time, budget and support needed to #GetThingsDone).

Our speakers

I’m Oumaima Boussouab, a Moroccan Industrial & Logistics Engineer who left everything behind and moved to Czech Republic to start a new journey. Today I work within the Strategy & Business Development team in Deutsche Telekom Services Europe CZ, where I have the opportunity to challenge myself and explore my horizons and where everyone calls me “Mai” ! 

I’m involved in Communication, Events, Workshops and Training activities and I thrive better when it comes to creative and/or people related topics. I try to share my positive vibes whenever however I can and I really feel a need to help people around me so in a way the podcast helps me achieve this goal on my daily life! 

I love artsy and cute stuff but I also like memes and the weird chaotic funny. I’m always open for fun and ridiculous discussions as well as serious ones, so I always have a fun time with my guests and to make the whole recording easy going and relaxed. I’m still a podcaster in the making, my learning journey won’t be easy, but I learn from mistakes and I say “Come what May”.
